Dakota “Dak” Smith, a burnt-out motorcycle cop, is reluctantly teamed with tough newcomer Kristen to track down a twisted serial killer who films every murder and taunts Dak with the footage.

00:02:02 – Allison Mathison (Mary Kapper) is sitting topless in a hot tub while sharing a bubbly moment with a dude, before she stands up and struts over to a car that’s been transformed into a bed. We then see her topless in the background while Mr. Phone Guy chats away. Lastly, we see her outside with her shirt flapping open, showing off her red bra, only to get zapped by a guy with a taser.
